Questions we actually get.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who can create or edit work. Guests who only comment on a board they were invited to are free, on every plan, and always have been.
What happens when the free plan runs out of projects?
Nothing breaks. The fourth project is read-only until you upgrade or archive one — your data is never held hostage.
Can we switch from monthly to yearly mid-term?
Yes. We credit the unused part of the month against the annual invoice, so switching never costs you the month you already paid for.
Do you charge for the workload forecast separately?
No. Every plan that has it, has all of it. We price per person, not per feature — that is the whole idea.
What does the data export contain?
Everything: tasks, comments, files, custom fields and the automation history, as CSV and JSON. If you leave, you leave with the lot.
